Hidden away on the beach with stunning panoramic waterfront views, Waves Restaurant offers an amazingly picturesque dining experience.
As a restaurant, it is just perfect for casual group meals, a romantic dinner for two or for a more elaborate wedding – for which they are very well known. Their interior has an easy, coastal feel with comfortable furniture, letting the ocean take centre stage. With glassed walls allowing the maximums views of the ocean in front of you, the feeling of dining by the sea is as real as it gets.
Their team of chefs have created a seasonal and mouth-watering menu that complements the relaxed, seaside feel of the venue. There are also delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and a daily specials board. The wine list is also generous in its diversity with sulphate-free, organic wines available as well as delicious local and interstate wines. There is plenty of paid parking right outside their door and they are open 7 days for lunch &

    Great food and drinks with an incredible view of the ocean. The service was superb. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back again.

    Lovely view. Good vegetarian and vegan options. Good service - they replaced our cutlery and serviettes after the entree.

    Outstanding food and top level customer service. My hubby said the barramundi was the best dish he’s ever had!! Highly recommend this restaurant!

    Waves on the Beach, The Garlic bread, is the best around, follow it up with the spicy calamari, and a main of your choice, and you will leave with taste buds been thrilled and stomach full. As a well know Melbourne icon says ' do yourself a favour' and dine here.

    Couldn't ask for a better location. Booked early and requested a seat outside on the deck. Beautiful weather meant it was the right choice, overlooking the beach. I ordered the vegan fish and chips, was eager to try these and didn't disappoint. Food was fresh and well presented. My colleagues also enjoyed their various mains. We shared a lovely bottle of Prosecco, which wasn't overpriced. Waitresses were lovely but we did have find someone to take our food order (we ordered drinks immediately). Right near Christmas so they were busy. We did have trouble parking so arrive early to find a spot!
