We made reservations for Thanksgiving family meal of 13. Many things may affect the experience, but we were managing our reservation in direct connection to a wheel chair transport company. We got sat late, about 20 mins, our server was distraught the entire time. I actually tried to make the person feel calm and continued to be super patient and kind. Didn’t work. Overall, the whole experience was not smooth nor pleasant nor managed well. Salad brought 1 minute before entree, continued to not respond to multiple requests for an item. The mood of the server was all over their face. We ordered off the menu and not the Thanksgiving platter. All the food was way prepared ahead and reheated when it came to entrees. Yuck. Food was brought out an hour after ordering. Which directly affected forcing my Mom to stop eating and bagging her food due to transport schedule… To Which we allowed a ton of time. Funny how nice they become when they bring the bill…

Everyone loved what they ordered from our party. Chopped chicken salad is fantastic, and Brussels sprouts appetizer was really delicious. Great value and consistently delicious! And love the kids’ meals with the cookie and veggies! Awesome!

It’s was my birthday, and I wasn’t happy nor my dad with our food. with my food or what I ordered either. and my food wasn’t good. My loaded bake potato was not properly prepared. It wasn’t hot enough to melt the cheese in the potato. My dad order full slab of ribs tasted like they came out of the oven instead and they of a Weber grill. Jeanell

Great steaks, excellent cocktails. Service was efficient and friendly. The atmosphere was inviting and allowed for quiet conversation on a weekday evening. We'll be back!

We have been coming to Weber Grill Lombard for years. Food is always delicious. The 7oz Filet is my favorite. My husband likes to mix it up and usually tries one of the specials. Service is also consistently good. We had Lili as our server, this time. She was delightfully pleasant and attentive! And George, one of the managers, always makes us feel like we are VIP’s. It is always a great date night when my husband and I dine at the Weber Grill. We would highly recommend giving them a try.
