Table was ready on arrival and waitress was ready to take our orders. Food was good and fresh. Good experience.

I ordered 20 regular white castles, extra seasoning so they would taste like back in the 60 & 70’s, and extra pickle on all of them. They brought out to us 20 cheeseburgers , no extra seasoning and no extra pickle on each one. No i did not complain at all cause I hate making a scene, especially on a date night. Would I come back next Valentine’s Day 2025 I just don’t know now at alll. Would you recommend White Castle - Anderson to a friend? I will say yes, but if they ask me about the Valentine’s Day, I’ll telll them my experience that I had.

The event was overbooked for early seating. Every seat in the restaurant was filled at 6:00 and the drive thru wrapped around the building. This resulted in help being overwhelmed. Our 6:15 seating was closer to 6:30 and I must give credit to our server, Teana for doing her best in dealing with a situation she did not create.

Had a lot of fun on Valentines Day. Totally not what you expect at White Castle. Our party of 7 with s reservation for 7:45 was seated right away. The servers were both nice and seemed to be excited to have us. The table had nice rose petals and a couple of flicker candles for a nice ambience. The table had not been bussed well before seating us. We received no menus. They seemed to be a little out of step with the scenario. It was still fun. We’ll probably do it again next year!

We made a reservation for Valentines Day. I read that they would have printed menus and special menu items. We did have a waiter, who was not very proficient. We had to stand up and read the menu board before placing out order at the table, and only the regular food items were available. We wanted the Mac-N-Cheese bites, but they were sold out. We had to pay at the register before leaving. Everyone was very nice and they did have some nice decorations, but my expectations were not met. Hopefully I can get a real Valentine's Day experience at another location in the future.

The castle was beautiful. The service was great. Food was top notch!! You could dedinitley feel the love in the castle. The GM was so great. Smile and laugh and take pictures. We felt like family. Most definitely made some great memories. I will be back again next year.

My husband has wanted to go to White Castle on Valentines Day for years, so I finally gave in. It was actually a good time. I loved the atmosphere and the pampering! The servers did a great job and they even brought cupcakes at the end of the meal. Everyone from the cooks to the servers did a great job....I hope they did tip sharing because it was well deserved for each!!
