I love the idea of a "fancy" white castle for Valentines day, the only issue was with the service. They come and take your order like a sit down restaurant, however they forgot they took ours. Three other tables that arrived/ordered after us got their food before they notice we never got our order. I would like to try this again, but maybe at a different location.

Steve and the whole crew were exemplary. The valentines day vibes were immaculate. The whole team was friendly, curteous, and so nice. 10/10

It was delightfully silly, campy and the staff performed their roles with appropriate satirical seriousness. Highly recommend and will return for the decadent romantic fast food experience.

Valentine’s Day dinner reservations at White Castle have been our tradition for years! You have to make reservation to dine in. The special menus and full service with candles and decorations take the experience to another level. See you next year!

We go every year on VD! Unfortunately for me it was Ash Wednesday so I needed to order the fish sandwich NOT a slider!

We went for the Valentine’s Day special. First of all the door was locked and you couldn’t get in until you caught someone’s attention. Once inside all the tables were full and and no one had any food. One couple was waiting an hour, for White Castle, they finally left as well as a few other people. We waited about 25 minutes for our food and the order wasn’t quite right but okay. The employees we’re trying their best but people were frustrated. Don’t think We will be going back.

I didn’t go , because we were worried about being in our car with all the car jacking , when people are seating in their car this is something I really wanted to do . Sad 😢

We have gone to this location the past 5 Valentine’s Day - this makes 6 and the staff is always so great especially for not typically being a server oriented restaurant. They’re so welcoming and such a cute date night ambience. I’ve been to sit down restaurants where the staff isn’t as accommodating and friendly as White Castle on Valentine’s Day! My husband and I could not be happier year after year!
