Doing this 14 years. This was the first year the staff didn't dress for the occasion and only one server for the whole restaurant. She was overwhelmed.

We enjoyed Valentine's Day at White Castle even though it was very different than past years. Our servers were awesome and friendly, and the food was great as usual. The pink plastic plates, bags of candy, and chocolate rose made it even more fun.

Loved the visit there, as usual on Valentine’s Day. Decorations and friendly staff were excellent! Permitting those without reservations to come in and order was something new this year. Preferred all without reservations use drive-thru. Kind of distracting, as they wait for their order and stare at those seated. Will be back next year, but rethink the drive-thru option, please.

Was a great experience would definitely recommend our location which was Franklin Ohio the lady was very polite & Food was done sooner than expected The Gentlemen that was waiting us was on point Me & my Girlfriend Had A Great time.

We had a great time on Valentine's Day for the second year in a row. The service was excellent, the food was great and the atmosphere and decor was spot on. The employees and manager went above and beyond to make it an enjoyable evening. We will be back soon and definitely be here next Valentine's Day.
