Dinner at the Love Castle was great just as it has been for the last 10 years. It's our go-to Valentine's Day tradition. The restaurant and staff were on their Valentine's Day game and we had a great time.

This was so fun!! I had never been to WH for Valentine’s Day but I would definitely do it again. I loved the decorations, the flowers and candles on the table, the menu with the games, and of course the food. Such a fun idea! And the manager had everyone moving around like a typical sit-down restaurant. Very well done!

You shouldn't offer services that your locations can't handle. We were so looking forward to coming to your Valentine's event. We had reservations and were very excited. We were seated fairly quickly and bc of being under-staffed and overbooked we sat for 30 minutes before someone even took our order. We then sat another 40 waiting for our food. We started to wonder what the hold up was when people that came in after us were getting their food first. Come to find out after 15 more minutes that our order was never even placed. We were there for an hour and 20 minutes and the only thing we had to show for it was a menu that we had to ask for after 20 minutes and a sprite. Our reservation was for 7pm. We got there at 650 and left at 815. If you can't properly do these events then you shouldn't have them. We don't live close to this location either. So at 815 we the. Had to scramble to figure out what we were going to do for dinner bc most other places were packed as well.

It was the best Valentines Day Dinner! White Castle never disappoints but on this day they went above and beyond. A fabulous dinner with beautiful decorations and and an outstanding staff. We smiled from the moment we entered until we left. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you White Castle of Howell NJ it was a perfect Valentines Day! ❤️

I would local castle did everything they could to make this a memorable day for us, despite the limitations. Will be back next year!
