    Valentines' day at White Castle is our little tradition and this was the first time at this location, and they did an outstanding job. The sound level was perfect, like most we are not a fam of loud noisy places. The food we are aware of what we are getting and just want it fresh and warm, and it was. This Joliet White Castle team delivered, A+.

    The experience was an overall let down.I atmosphere was just not a feeling of Valentines. The event has extremely went down hill. Especially at that particular White Castle. The Jefferson and Larkin location used to be one of the best around. We will most likely give White Castle one more chance next year.And if they fail to provide the experience that we are accustomed to. We will just move on and not return along with sharing our experience and opinion.

    This was their Valentine's Day event. We were greeted at the door and our hostess offered to take a pic of us before we sat down. The restaurant was nicely decorated and at least 3 people serviced our table to make sure we had everything we wanted. This was our 5th time attending this event and it was again a great experience.

    We went as a family. It was fun they were able to accommodate for 2 plain cheeseburgers for our daughter. The food was as expected. Fun to have table service!

    Decorations and photo wall were absolutely adorable. This was our 3rd valentines day at White Castle and cant wait for next year. Great place to bring the family without breaking the bank

    We did enjoy but they skimped on the decorations. Tables were not covered as in the last 20+ years we came, the walls didn’t have the hearts made with White Castle hamburger box’s, wasn’t as cute/nice as in years gone by😢... Karl & Teresa Mason 😢

    Every year, we cannot wait for our date @ White Castle on 2/14! Children jumping and annoying, while we tried to eat. Server took forever, to take our order. Yucky food on floor! Servers back and forth, no on bothered to pick it up! Look like a cheeseburger and bun... Food great! OUT of Mac and Cheese bites@530p.m. Server never returned to take care of our bill! Finally we got up and took it to cashier! Tired of the wait!
