White Castle never disappoints! Burgers are fresh and hot and sides are always prepared perfectly and are also tasty. Our favorite side is the onion chips. Yummy! Service is excellent and fast, and staff always friendly. This was our 9th Valentines Day dinner at various White Castle locations and this was our first at the Marysville location. We were very impressed with staff and overall experience was awesome.

Food was average, barely warm, but our server was very sweet and did a fantastic job. We booked for Valentines Day and they did not have tablecloths, candles and very few decorations. Have gone to other White Castles on this day, and the place was decked out and very fun. We were disappointed and will not go back to this location for Valentines Day.

We were seated and our order was taken then they just forgot about us. Took over 40 minutes to finally get our food. We were there for well over a hour and should have been there and gone in less than 30 minutes.

My wife and I went for Valentine’s Day. It was great, the table service and decorations were neat. The food from this location is always good and this time was no exception.

Our valentine's visit was great. The only thing that was off was I order one grilled chicken sandwich and ended up paying for two which I didn't notice until we left, and my daughter had to ask for her food because the cooks didn't send her order out with the whole table order. We also felt very rushed because there was a large group of people waiting for our table (which they reserved also) so we really didn't get to enjoy a nice dinner. My kids were bummed because we had to leave and my one kid ended up eating the rest of her dinner in the car. I feel like there could have been a better set up, especially since they sat my party of 5 at a party of 7/8 table.
