Opening in August 2022, Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar has garnered acclaim, in 2023 being named #2 Canada’s Best New Restaurant in enRoute / Air Canada Magazine and #4 Best New Restaurant on Canada's 100 Best List and securing an overall #31 ranking for 2024.
Vancouver Magazine dubbed it “The Most Important Whistler Restaurant Opening in a Decade”.
Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

    Outstanding night out. Wild Blue went out of their way to make our 25th Anniversary special. And it was. The food, wine list, service, vibe…..perfect. We will be back!

    Excellent restaurant experience. Location was easily accessible from Whistler village. The staff was energetic, knowledgeable with spirits, wine and food recommendations, and attentive to every detail. The wine list was impressive with many local and international options. The food was the best we have ever had in Whistler. We loved it so much, we booked another reservation during our stay. And plan to be back again and again.

    Great experience! The vibe is impeccable, the service was great, food was also very delicious. Only thing was it was super loud all you can hear are people talking which we didn’t love. We will definitely be back!

    The food was average at best, but the ambience is charming, and the venue offers a good vibe. Go for the atmosphere, not the food. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

    The food was incredible. The service was excellent. From the hamachi to the Sablefish and lamb chops, you can’t go wrong. The ambience inside is very modern and well done. I highly recommend this place

    Fantastic in all regards. The entire meal was perfect from the service to the wine suggestions to the food. Absolutely stunning room and the staff is very friendly, but very professional. You can tell they have good management. Everything we ordered was fantastic. Highly Recommend eating here if the price point works
