We came for my son’s birthday and had to ask for gluten free bread give times and our calamari never arrived. It seems like when they get busy the service falls apart. The food was great however.

First, let me say that I was at Wildfire a week ago and it was outstanding and enjoyed by all 8 guests in my party. Immediately, I knew where I would celebrate two upcoming birthdays the following week!!! Sadly, yesterday’s visit was not the same. Service was poor (start to finish) which made the entire experience unpleasant and a bit embarrassing. Too numerous to list, but here’s just a few….I made a reservation and paid the deposit fee, but the hostess chose to seat 5 of us in the bar area next to the bathroom (small booth), despite indicating online that we were celebrating birthdays. When I requested another table she acted (nonverbal) as though it would be a challenge, but did find another table. The restaurant was 80% empty and remained this way during our time there. The server was not attentive as it took several requests just to get a set of utensils before/after the food had arrived. We eventually grabbed one from another table. Food was OK (unlike last week)…asked for pie to be served warm but came out cold. Could go on but based on my first visit, I would try Wildfire again IF already in the Tyson’s area and looking for a place to eat.

This restaurant has excellent customer service. The politeness, the friendliness, the warmness felt when you arrive makes you feel outstanding. Waitress was superb and took time to explain our open questions.

Everything was as we expected it to be It was a nice lunch with my husband. However, the hostess tried to seat us at the last booth before you head into the mall. She was flustered we requested another booth, but accommodated us. Not sure why she would do that when other nicer, quieter tables were available. Our waiter was wonderful and attentive. The cornbread was outstanding!
