I had made birthday reservations. I showed up 30mins before my actual reservation time. Nobody was dinning in that restaurant but one group but they left almost as quickly as we entered the restaurant. Everything was wonderful besides the service. I don’t believe the server was pleasant to start with. The best way to describe her as a server was she was there for a paycheck. Interaction was short and to the point, she didn’t ask is this a special occasion. She gave the bare minimum. Another thing to note, I requested bags for our left overs and as I was getting our food into the bags the server was cleaning the table. That was very rude of her knowing we were still there and family was seated. What was the rush?? She had no other tables to tend to, the restaurant was empty. I refused to say anything since it was my birthday but definitely an unpleasant experience with her as my server. Anyone who’s dinning deserves exceptional customer service. We were pleasantly surprised! We had booked sight unseen on Open Table, and when we saw the place started worrying it might exceed our budget. The menu alleviated our concerns. Not only was it no more expensive than equivalent restaurants, the majority of offerings were significantly less! The food was fresh and varied, with some really wonderful treatments. I had the half rack of ribs which was falling off the bone tender with a chipotle barbecue sauce. These were the meatiest ribs I have ever had - so much so that I could only eat a little more than half! We’ll be back請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Cornbread appetizer is DELICIOUS! Excellent barrel aged Manhattan. I ordered the bone in ribeye with the Ponzu sauce. Sauce and crispy onion rings on top of steak were an excellent topping but steak was a little tough.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Read online that this place was good to celebrate birthdays and anniversary. So I booked reservations for my son’s birthday. Wrote in the notes “celebrating my son’s 17th birthday” I have to say I was really disappointed with this restaurant. Food was mediocre, service was terrible, our sever wasn’t very friendly and the whole two hours we were there we saw him 3x. Two of the times we had to flag him down. All we heard from him is “are you ready to order or do you need more time” and a “thank you” once we paid. There was no birthday dessert for my son at the end of our $400 dinner. Not even a single “happy birthday” to him all night from the staff. So if you are going to celebrate something there don’t expect them to help make it special.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

Service was horrible. No napkins or silverware as we sat down. Appetizers and entrees came out at same time and we had no utensils. Took 5 minutes for someone to finally bring them. Steak was ordered medium and came out well done. I ordered the rib eye and for $68 what came out was a complete joke. About ½ thick with no crown. Thought I was at Sizzler. Save you money and go across the street for a real steak. What a shame as this place used to be great. Can’t see it lasting much longer with garbage like this.請問這對你有幫助嗎?

The food at Willard Hicks is very good, but the service is rushed at best. The first server took our order. A second server brought our appetizer but we were only half way through our appetizer when a third server brought out our dinner and asked if we wanted to have the appetizer cleared. I told him that we weren’t finished and not ready for the main course but he just left the dinner on the table. The first server came over to ask how our dinner was while we were still trying to finish our appetizer and I told her that I didn’t know as we were still trying to enjoy the first course, while the swordfish just cooled on the table. The entire dining experience took less than an hour and we were very disappointed in the experience. This is a restaurant where patrons should go expecting to enjoy a night out, but they are running it like a fast food restaurant…get them in and get them out. BTW, it was not a busy evening, so there was no reason to rush us through the meal. We have been going to this restaurant for over five years, and have noticed a decline in the quality of their service. Again, the food has always been very good, but what good is it when it all arrives at your table at just about the same time?
