Took family out for mom’s 87th birthday. Wonderful food, ambience and service. We had a great time and highly recommend William B’s!!!

Excellent steaks, better than some of the pricey blingy steakhouses on The Strip. My medium-rare bone-in rib eye was perfectly medium-rare doneness (just a bit of red rare in center) and yet still a nice char/crust. It was also not too salty yet not too bland. The bartenders know their stuff. We had some great Old Fashioneds with a good choice of bourbons to choose from…Jefferson Reserve for me, but had Pappy, McCallum and other high-end whiskeys available. The ambience is nice, somewhat quiet for being on the casino floor. The service was good as well.

Took my wife here for her birthday -- it's now her favorite restaurant in Summerlin. Great ambiance, upscale, great acoustics (you can actually carry on a conversation), and food was fantastic. Food portions were ample. Our server, Michael, was attentive and very personable. Complimentary martini for newcomers was a nice touch. My wife had sea bass (she said it was best she has had), and I had frutti de mare (good portions of shrimp, clams, scallops, calamari & crab legs, lobster on a bed of pasta). A little pricey for Summerlin, but well worth it. We'll be back.

We celebrated a birthday and the service was fantastic with a birthday desert provided by the restaurant! My wife had sea bass which was amazing. I had lobster which was mushy and had an odd taste not broiled like most chefs would do. We would go back for sure!

When you pay for a top end experience at least have enough people on to keep the table clear. Dude had to many tables especially for a place that is $100 per person. Food good not great & service slow for top $ pricing.

Such a neighborhood gem! Service and food were fabulous and our steak was even better than several of the very well known steakhouses! What a nice touch that they provide a "starter" martini (in the most beautiful glass!) to enjoy with the amazing bread service - pretzel rolls, white chocolate bread, cherry & pecan bread - loved it! Our server Michael was wonderful as well and made our anniversary dinner very special. What a great experience and will definitely be back!

First time having dinner at William B’s. We are locals and are always looking for new restaurants to try. Well we found a good one. Nice atmosphere and comfortable table with spacious surroundings. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who was very welcoming. Our server, Sean, was knowledgeable, professional and had a good sense of humor. Very good service. Thanks Sean! The manager came around to our table and he seemed like a sincerely caring person who enjoyed his position. We enjoyed drinks, appetizers, and entrees. All were delicious! And what a wonderful selection of breads/rolls. We really appreciated the sample blueberry martinis also. What an unexpected, fun and pleasant touch. The calamari, crab cake, and meatballs were some of the best we have had and that is saying a lot since we eat out at least twice a week. And that includes staying on strip once a month. The filet, Oscar style, was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Thanks to all who at William B’s made our first time dining experience worth every moment. We look forward to visiting again soon. Probably next week since we live in Summerlin and are excited to have a comfortable restaurant with great service, great people, and delicious food!
