    Unfortunately, this will be the last time we visit. The food is good, however…The service was incredibly slow and inept which has been the case the last few times we have dined here.

    Horrible service. Booked for a Christmas dinner and were so upset that we waisted a family memory eating here. 5min after ordering our meal, they told us that the buffet was closing and didn’t even wait for us to figure out any alternative plans. After talking to management, they agreed that we could replace our order for entrees. After entrees, we asked for dessert and after sitting for 10min before close, we were told that the kitchen may be closed - waiter never asked or checked on us prior to let us know. Worse, after talking to the manager, they never came back to check on us but did witness him checking on several other guests. Horrible service! We were visiting from Colorado and were looking forward to a nice holiday meal and were very disappointed. Do not recommend visiting her me at all, unless for drinks which were good.

    The waitress was not very attentive my reservation was for 5:00 pm and they told me I had to wait till 5:45 pm why take a reservation if your not going to honor it

    Sorry to say the Christmas buffet was really poor. Everything was cold and dry. Service was very scant. Not the experience we had hoped for. We left full but definitely not satisfied.

    The Christmas buffet was wonderful. So many delicious items..my faves were the prime rib, lobster mac and cheese, seafood dressing and variety of desserts. What a wonderful experience 🎄

    This is my family’s one of the best experiences for the Christmas Day being in Houston 20 years. Good selection of quality and variety for the day buffet! We like the freedom of small amount of different bites, soups, salad, seafood, prime rib, pastries and sweets, sushi was awesome! Grilled and raw oysters are both delicious! Simple yet classic, while gathering and chatting! It was a fantastic time we had! Thank you Willie G’s!

    They were not prepared for the Christmas crowd today. Even with a reservation the wait was over 2 hours. Total disappointment. Was told I'd receive a text when my table was ready and never received a text.

    My family and I attended on Christmas Day we were aware that I was going to be busy, but the service from our waiter was absolutely terrible. He never asked for our drinks orders and when we mentioned we wanted to order drinks. He didn’t even make it all the way around our 5 person table to ask if they wanted anything. He was running off before I could never say you didn’t get everyone. My order was incorrect and needed to be fixed. I understand it was Christmas Day and the servers are not with their families but their is no excuse for the service too be so bad I never go back.

    I have a reservation for 2:15pm and had to wait an hour still! Very poor planning! Oversold tables so everyone was waiting! I had a 1 yr old and it was very stressful to wait and hour with a baby on Christmas Day !
