Our restaurant is located across the street from Baseball Hall of Fame, on the street to the left of the Post Office. Look for the "Open" flag and the Praying Mantis on the building, you'll see the Otsego Lake in the background to the right of our building.

We offer VR Gaming and a menu that boasts a fusion of Memphis BBQ and Chicago favorites! Enjoy everything from ribs to pizza.

We arrived early for our reservations and were immediately seated. Our server took our order very quietly. 30 minutes later - nothing. No water. No drinks. No appetizer. And certainly not food. The appetizer was chips and salsa so no cooking required. Was told they were out. Now my entree was to be nachos so how was that happening? We, along with many others, walked out. We could not find our server to tell him. Husband went back later to pay whatever tab we had for nonexistent food and service. Cost us over $50 to be able to sleep better!

Windy Blues is outstanding! It's not much to look at and there is zero parking at the site (down an alley, essentially ... plus, street parking is at a premium because the National Baseball Hall of Fame is a half-block away). But the place is clean, the service was prompt and friendly, and our food was out in 15 minutes. We thought the cheeseburger and fried chicken sandwich were delicious. And the onion rings! Top 5 all-time, in my book. An excellent stop for lunch.

Excellent flavorful barbecue, several sauces to pick from and friendly staff. Virtual entertainment offers something new in town. Really like the outside dining and family size take out options.

Absolutely fantastic beef brisket and pulled pork to die for! Beef brisket exceptionally moist and flavorful when served with the dry rub only! We may have been their first beef brisket customers as our meal was finishing in the smoker as we arrived! The management and Waite staff were very pleasant and accommodating while correcting some opening day glitches. The food quality couldn’t be beat! As a customer whom actively seeks out and may commute to Albany or Syracuse for Dinasaur Barbecue, we will now be heading to Windy Blues in Cooperstown and will stop the 3-4 hrs commute! Needed in the past to find good brisket! We look forward to more and better dining here as the staff and operation is guaranteed to improve and they obtain their liquor license!
