In an elegant setting of a sophisticated winter garden nested in The St. Regis Florence, the collaboration in the kitchen between epicurean masters, Chef Valeria Piccini sets new heights of a refined restaurant experience in Florence, bringing together the culinary tradition of Tuscany and bespoke service in the heart of Florence.

A credit card is needed to secure your booking. If you fail to show-up for your booking, or do not cancel your booking more than 48 hours in advance, you may be charged a no show fee of up to €50 per person. For special events, A credit card is needed to secure your booking. If you fail to show-up for your booking, or do not cancel your booking more than 5 days in advance, you may be charged a no show fee of up to 50% of the price of the event.

                                                Winter Garden is a beautiful restaurant with pretty good food and an amazing bar. My biggest issue with our meal there was the service. They have the practice of only giving the men menus with prices on them which I find to be a slightly antiquated practice. In general we found that the servers didn’t show as much respect to the women at the table.

                                                the tasting menu choices were excellent. there was some ambiguity with the choice of paring wines - although the menu implied that we had options with the wines, this wasn't the case. Those chosen by the sommelier were good, but he gave the impression that he had to convince us. it was a lovely setting with attentive staff who respected our privacy.

                                                We were led to believe that this was a Michelin starred restaurant with innovative food. We had to confirm the reservation in advance. However, on arrival, the menu turned out to be standard trattoria fare - and not very interesting, but very expensive. A highly disappointing experience.

                                                Birthday celebration and we were a party of eight. We all had the sampler. The food was outstanding. The service exceptional. The restaurant setting is spectacular. A wonderful place for a special occasion. It is pricy but worth it.

                                                The dinner was incredible and the staff made the whole experience very memorable. The sommelier was amazing. The wine pairings with the dinner were exceptional. The food was fantastic and we tasted some unique and wonderful Italian wines.
