For the uninitiated, Tequila is a Mexican liquor made from the blue agave plant in the area surrounding the city of Tequila & in the highlands (Los Altos) region of the central western Mexican state of Jalisco. Silver (AKA Blanco, Plata, White, Platinum) is its purest form. Clear and un-aged, the true flavors and the intensity of the Agave are present as well as the natural sweetness.
