Wishbone & Flynt was established with the help of the Trident Restaurant Group in the spring of 2019. Kyle Bryson and Wallace Owens, principal owners of the Trident Restaurant Group, formed a partnership with Executive Chef Stefon Rishel, to bring his love for food and family to the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

Monday April 27th 6:30pm - 9:00 pm we will be having a very special 5 course Antinori Wine Dinner. Please join us for this very special evening of fine dining with custom wine pairings. Please visit our website for tickets.

Really hard to find parking, even on a Tuesday night. Food was average. While the floor was quiet, the server provided minimum service and neglected to bring items ordered. I won’t be back.

Food & Service were great but the band playing in the patio was too loud for a Sunday brunch. When asked if they could lower it a little it seemed to get louder. Too small a space for that much volume.

Will not return, and do not recommend. Cocktails were poorly crafted, wine glasses were dirty, steak was incredibly overcooked and flavorless, chicken meal was sloppy and lukewarm, the music was disruptive, price point for what we received was far too high, and our server left the timing of the meal up to us. The staff was all friendly and attentive.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was a small quaint establishment with an intimate patio setting. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be patronizing this restaurant again.

I had high hopes but left underwhelmed. We had the beef skewers for an appetizer. The food came out quickly which was nice. The beef itself was very tender but lacked flavor. The green sauce was not good at all. I ordered the half chicken with elote risotto. My dish was very good. My husband ordered a shrimp pasta. It was very spicy and oily. The shrimp was also overcooked. The waitress was very kind and offered to order a new dish or comp that meal. We didn’t order anything else. Service was fine, but nothing over the top. It was just an “okay” dining experience overall.
