Coworth Park is part of Dorchester Collection, the world's foremost five-star hotel group. Its luxurious hotel, spa and 240-acre equestrian estate is a welcome oasis of calm: country house living reinvented for the modern day. Woven by Adam Smith is the hotel's newest restaurant, bringing contemporary dining to its Georgian manor house setting. A truly elevated dining experience, chef Adam Smith's menu brings you a tapestry of familiar flavours reimagined in unexpected ways, combining British classics with innovative modern touches. Each dish on the seasonally changing menus tells a story and all these stories come together to create an extraordinary dining experience. The restaurant is delicately illuminated by contemporary light installations, and its clever separation of dining spaces creates an intimate atmosphere. For larger parties, there’s a private dining room seating up to 12 guests.

                    We had an amazing visit - service was impeccable from start to finish, the food was outstanding, and the visit to the cheese room was the icing on the cake. Really good value for money considering the quality of the food and the service, we'll definitely be returning

                    Family’s Get-together it’s always an occasion here with the family. This time by mistake I’ve booked the Resturant instead of the drawing room. But their hospitality was phenomenal. We still managed to get a table for 5 and had a wonderful time. Again they’ve complement us with A tasteful selection of Sandwiches, And we ordered each our own drinks early grey, black coffee, Latte, and my daughters freshly squeezed orange juice. We ordered Fish & chips 10/10 Chicken Rap 8/10 & Mac Cheese 10/10 Grilled Halloumi with BBQ sauce 10/10 and Banana Split for desert it was amazing. Family all happy experience 10/10

                    Visited for a birthday Discovered this fabulous location, enjoyed the decor and relaxed yet distinguished atmosphere Amazing service, especially the welcome Food was definitely a highlight — dessert a slight letdown however

                    Very slow service. We sat down at the table at 1:30pm and by 3:15 we were still waiting for our dessert. Michelin star service definitely lacking here. My husband ordered a glass off red wine and the waiter just poured it straight into his glass, without pouring a little for him to try first. The bill arrived with an extra drink from the bar and a glass of white wine that we did not have. Food was good but our dishes were quite small. The roast beef looked good though. Not sure we’ll be back for lunch again

                    Fantastic food in a very attractive venue. While the weather turned to rain it did not detract from walking through the very pretty gardens.
