XOMA - peruvian restaurant The proposal revolves around rediscovering Peruvian products, fusing and balancing them, with contemporary techniques to create signature cuisine. We created ideas for vegans, pasta lovers, reversal traditional Peruvian food and classics that started the restaurant 4 years ago.
