We had the pleasure of dining at Zaika, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Every dish we tried was bursting with authentic Indian flavors, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. From the aromatic curries to the freshly baked naan, each bite was a testament to the chef’s skill and attention to detail. Our waiter, Mohammed, made the evening even more special. He was incredibly attentive, ensuring our glasses were always full and our needs promptly met, all while being warm and approachable. His thoughtful recommendations helped us explore new dishes we might not have tried otherwise, and we loved every single one of them.

Amazing ambience housed in an ex bank with the original architectural highlights. Chef Rajat Sinha’s take on standard fare like samosa’s and kachori is amazing. The paneer is made in house and it melts in your mouth. His variation of scotch eggs with quail eggs was to die for. All dishes were amazing and it was a feast where we ended up as gluttons. Thank you for a amazing experience

Another amazing meal at Zaika. All the staff were wonderful and our waiter Akbor looked after us so well, he was very welcoming and remembered us which was really lovely. This personal touch makes such a difference and will keep us coming back. The food was delicious as always, succulent chicken tikka and seekh kebab and fragrant lamb biryani. Highly recommended!

Good food and good service - as always. Shame they don’t serve papadoms and dips whilst you are looking at the menu

Overall a good experience however, spoilt by the request for a signature on the payment receipt at the end when the bill arrived. I paid via contactless and even got a confirmation on my phone the payment had gone through, but the waiting staff still insisted I needed to sign the slip as it was a “new type of payment machine,,,, ?!?!?” Couldn’t give me any other reason which I found very strange….
