They were extremely busy with a holiday crowd during our visit, so the Manager Eric waited on us personally. He did a great job, and we had an excellent experience!

The server makes all the difference! Kirsten happily attended to all our needs even though I was in a little snit by the couple who were greeting guests and assigning tables. They seemed to be acting as competitors in placing tables as opposed to a team. The young lady for example seated another couple that we were ahead of because she “thought “ we were being helped by the young man. They just need management to teach them their jobs. Not their fault.

Service was good, nice bustling ambiance. The crab tower is always a favorite& one of us had the seafood chowder, her favorite. Nice to see holiday specials offered. We tried the Dover sole, which unfortunately was inedible. They clearly have no clue as to how to prepare this delicate fish.

Very disappointed. Filet Mignon ordered medium rare, served rare. Ribeye ordered medium rare, served well-done. Server did the minimum. Ww won’t be back.

Wife had ribeye, I had the new York. Both were excellent. Had Calamari and coconut shrimp as appetizer both were excellent.

This was the second chance we gave this place after subpar food and service but this last time takes the cake. We had decent service and food, but at the end got some brownie bites with the check that I almost broke my tooth on. When the server came back I tried to alert her to the issue and she told me that, "I assure you that it's just the gelatine that's used." It was something super hard coverd in plastic, not gelatine. Guess I just have to deal with the dental pain I have now... I'd skip this place, because they clearly don't care if the way they "use gelatine" affects their customers. We're clearly the ones in the wrong.
