We had a great experience! Everything was perfect. Emerson always takes great care of us. The food is always prepared just as we ordered it. It is delicious too.

For a place that advertises itself as a burger wine bar I would have expected an actual wine bar with pairings for the food selections, that was not the case nor was there a wine rack or display and the wine options were quite limited again given the name and advertising; the service was excellent though and our server was friendly and prompt, the food was good but again an average burger, the ambiance was casual which was nice and welcoming;

We love Zinburger! Our server was amazing. I wish I remembered to get her name! We’ve had her before, and she remembered us! She always gives us great service and she’s super sweet! Food was brought in a timely manner. Hamburger was good as always. French fries were lukewarm but still good. My husband got his chocolate milkshake, which he loves. And since my birthday was Saturday and I received a Fox gift card for my birthday, I got my piece of chocolate cream pie to take home, and it was delicious as always. The noise level is always too loud in there especially for someone wearing hearing aids. I normally try to request the little side room, but the doors were closed today so I figured you had a party in there, but that’s where we prefer to sit had I remembered to ask for it. But there are times when we’re told it isn’t available so I didn’t even ask for it today. But we do love Zin Burger!

The service was slow, not due to the server’s hustling! They were that busy. Burgers obviously sat a while before we got them.
