   The food was great, our server was amazing, and the restaurant overall is beautiful. The only thing that got in the way of 5 stars was the wait time. We had a reservation but got there early and asked if we can be taken early if a table opened up or if someone didn’t make their reservation. They said they would see what could be done which we appreciated and we did get seated like 15 min before our reservation after waiting for 45 min. The thing though is that there were tables and booths available the whole time we were waiting! We could have literally had our meal in those 45 min in the booth that was open behind us the whole time.

   Wonderful food, friendly staff but very, very, very LOUD. My Apple Watch even detected extremely high noise decibels. There was also a very clearly drunk woman who was disturbing other guests. My waiter ignored my complaint and said “it’s a Saturday night and she’s having a good time” - ok, but 2 other tables were clearly disturbed by this. Disappointed by this response and felt ignored.

   As always, they came through for our medium-large party. Food was tasty and all came out at the same time. Service was friendly. Very good experience.

   We always enjoy Zocalo. We periodically go to all of them. They never fail. Drinks are crisp and clean, food is fresh, tasty and always excellent. The wait staff and hostess’s are always friendly, polite and helpful. The only complaint I ever have is the noise level. It is rather loud. All in all an excellent choice for an amazing dinner out.

   Thank you for such a great job for a last minute reservation for a party of 8. Service was excellent as always at all Zocalo locations. Food and the Blackberry Margaritas were fantastic as always.

    Drinks, food and specially service was outstanding. Tasty food, nice decorations inside with fresh flowers and nice ambiance. Will definitely come back.
