Zorba's Greek Bistro in Baton Rouge, Louisiana opened back in 1984. It combines fresh ingredients with traditional recipes. The cozy atmosphere is perfect for an intimate meal or you can enjoy yours outdoors on the patio. Appetizers here include hummus, fried calamari and grilled halloumi cheese. There are three salads to choose from at Zorba's Greek Bistro. You can add shrimp, chicken or gyro to any of them, too. For an entrée at Zorba's Greek Bistro, you can't go wrong with the village salmon. It's topped with a jumbo Gulf shrimp sautéed in garlic, lemon, olive oil and rosemary. Make sure you save room for the baklava, too.
