    Absolutely horrible excuse of a restaurant - waited 45 minutes for drinks - food came out wrong multiple times - the whole staff including management is incompetent - horrible customer service & was just told “we didn’t expect to be this busy tonight” as an excuse

    Honestly overhyped. The most exciting thing about this restaurant was the breeze and a cute server. The food wasn’t bad but I mean like for $30 for an entrée I would hope it wouldn’t be. There are plenty of other restaurants out there with great quality food with a comparable price, but the location is nice and the breeze was wonderful.

    The past 2 times we have been there, they have been understaffed. There was only one bartender working, and he was also our server. We ended up asking for a server just to take some relief off of him. We had to constantly ask for our food. One entree never even came. The food is always good, but the restaurant service and staffing is in need of urgent help.

    Our server Destiny was terrible. She brought our drinks and then ignored us for 15 mins while she was talking and joking with another table and taking multiple pictures of them. Even after that she still didn’t come over to take our order. The mediocre food came out with very cold edamame. We flagged her down to get some new ones. We finished our entire dinner before she finally brought out the edamame again. We all know it takes 2 minutes to heat up edamame. There were a lot of other servers so they didn’t seem understaffed. Very disappointing especially since it was the last night of our trip. Will not return.

    Service was great, slow night but food came out in appropriate time. My son ordered some tho of Vegas roll from specialty rolls and loved it. I had a Shrimp Tempura Roll And it tasted like a California roll and didn’t come with any eel sauce on it but they put some on after I asked for it. Cons: The music is way too loud, couldn’t hear the server and couldn’t talk to each other easily. It was very cold in there, one side of the bar was completely open to the outside which made the inside cold. The shrimp fried rice was terrible, very bland, no taste, wasn’t even edible. Lives of shrimp were cut up and added to it so made for having to dig around for any shrimp and at $18 would never order that again.

    Very poor service at Ra. Waiter spilled soy sauce on me and never acknowledged it or said he was sorry. Drinks were very mediocre. Food was mediocre. Too expensive for the value. We will never go back.

    My wife and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary! The server was not very knowledgeable. She gave us the wrong menu to start. She didn't know any of the drinks we asked her about. We waited quite a while for our sushi rolls to start the meal and when the second one came it had a hair in it. The manager came over and took care of it for us and got us another one out very quickly. Overall for the prices of the food it was not the best experience for an anniversary date or any special occasion honestly.

    We had a delightful experience at your establishment. Our server, Joshua, was exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my husband's questions, ensuring that we were well-informed about the menu options. As a sushi enthusiast, I was particularly impressed with the variety and quality of the sushi offerings. However, it is important to note that the parking situation was quite challenging and may deter us from returning in the future.
