Made my reservation High-top seating for 2 on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 6:45 pm, got there on time, when got to the host, she said that we have to wait 30mins to 1 hour, but if we wanted to seat outside that will be right away.
So what is the purpose of making a reservation if you still have to wait 30mins to 1 hour, does NOT make sense, at other restaurants if your table is not ready the normal time to wait is 10-15 mins but not an hour.
Well, we got an outdoor table, order 2 beers, 2 appetizers and 2 rolls to start, beers came at a reasonable time, other parties were seating around after we ordered 15-20 minutes , others were getting their food, we got nothing, so finally 1 roll came in, but not the appetizers, I ordered a Hibachi plate as well, we ordered another beer, it came in but no more food, so where are the appetizers and the 2nd roll, nothing, I asked the waitress and gave me the San Valentine's Busy excuse that I really made me upset, that is call POOR Management, knowing that you will be busy you get more people to work in the kitchen and everywhere to have happy customers. I told the waitress to call the Manager to let him know we were leaving, never came so...
We left cause the appetizers never came, the 2nd roll got to someone else...we think.
Really, Really BUT F>{#ing experience...
I'll be going back tomorrow 2/16/25 to pay my bill.
