The downside I find is that the menu is completely set in concrete and they don't substitute anything. For example, if I wanted something less carby, I can order the Steak and fries, but I can't substitute the fries for a vegetable or salad. Instead they offer to upcharge you for a Caesar salad, or you can order a side of veg. Also, we wanted coffee after our lunch meal and asked if we could have ours in a to go cup, but they don't offer to go cups either.
