Super tender and flavorful. Excellent fire roasted potatoes and sauce that came with it. The reduction sauce is balanced for being sweet and savory. Must have with the steak. Peaceful setting with views of the mountains. Bonus when there is snow. Service was excellent, attentive and patient. Wine choices worked well with every dish. We also had beets for apps and they were warm and perfect. They were served over a lovely truffled burrata sauce.
