The service and food was first class. If I’m ever back to Amsterdam I’ll be booking a table in Van Speyk.

We waren er met een baby van 1 jaar en werden zeer vriendelijk bediend. Uitstekend eten, het leek wel of we in Italië waren!

Very authentic Italian cooking, party of 9 enjoyed our meals, from the homemade lasagna to the Carbonara were delicious. Burata was fresh and creamy. Highly recommend Pappa Carlos if you are looking Italian in Amsterdam.
