I’ve had many amazing culinary experiences in my life and will have to say this was by far the best ever. Yes I’ve been to Michelin star restaurants before, yet the preparation, fusing of flavors (like mad scientists), presentation and exquisite service made this a night to remember!!

Went to Valette restaurant for the first time last night and came away very pleased. My wife and I ordered with the Trust the Chef's menu, which gave us the pleasure of sampling/sharing many courses...all of which were very appetizing, including the wine pairing. All servers were very pleasant and attentive. Cost is fairly expensive, but well worth it in my honest opinion. Will definitely go back when we're in town again. Recommended

A very creative seafood driven approach centered on small plates, many of which can be shared, using the freshest fish and seafood excellently prepared. The plates are reasonably sized allowing for a couple to order different dishes and share them increasing their dining experience.

Wonderful meal. Nice to see the change that has occurred to the venue. Great service. Will be back again. Need espresso! Lol 😆
