    Celebrate New Year's Eve at Restaurant 17! Join us for an elevated 3-Course Menu from Chef Haydn Shaak, with reservations available between 5pm and 9:30pm. This special menu will be $95/person not including tax, gratuity, or beverages. Please note that 20% gratuity will be added to all checks for this holiday experience.     I had reservations that stated, this was a special event for us and asked for the best table…the very young hostess didn’t even look at the request in advance and tried to sit us at the worst table in the middle of the dining room surrounded by big groups of people!!! I had to request she try again…the best table was already occupied by the fireplace, I believe because of her lack of attention and not reserving the table ahead of our set time. Very disappointing! HOWEVER, food, service, decor & ambiance for nice romantic dinner was superb!!! I highly recommend @ around $100/person with generous tip.

    This was our first visit to 17 and it would have received 5 stars across the board, but we were a little disappointed with our entree. We had the steak and we liked the preparation, but the actual cut seemed tough and not in line with everything else we were served. We left wishing we had ordered something else. The service was top notch; friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is just what we want for a night out. We could hear each other without competing with other noises. Our appetizers were delicious, the custom drink I had (Carolina Green) was so good. We were staying at the hotel, so we also had breakfast the next morning which was definitely a 5 star breakfast. We tried to get the secret to the chef's potato hash. We will definitely come back in the future and just not order the steak.

    Third time at the restaurant. Beautiful setting and nice table arrangement. A bit pricey, but the food was really good. Nice wine list.

    Super lit staff. Fire food. 10/10 recommend the purple gnocchi. Oh, and the ricotta dip if you’re feeling an appetizer.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Restaurant 17. We were seated promptly, and they had a little sign wishing us a happy anniversary. Our waiter, Jules, was bubbly and kind and checked in just the right amount. Our drinks (2 of their signature cocktails, an old fashioned, champagne, and espresso martinis) were all delicious! The food from appetizers, to mains, to the seasonal cheesecake dessert was wonderful! We appreciated all the little touches like anniversary champagne and a chocolate "Happy Anniversary" sign on our dessert. We will definitely be back and inviting friends with us.
