Offering an elevated dine-in experience as well as takeout, Restaurant e18hteen boasts high-ceilings, stone walls and an elegant fireplace sure to impress your eyes. Recognized as one of Ottawa's Top Steak & Seafood Restaurants for the last twenty years, Chef David Godsoe focuses on "Canadian Freestyle Cuisine" and multi-course tasting menus updated weekly.     Edifice et lieu magnifique et grandiose. Salle à manger inconfortable. Éviter de s'assoir près des fenêtres l'hiver, il fait très froid. Bonne nourriture et bon service.

    The food was good. The butter that comes with the bread is excellent- probably the best thing we had. The accoutrements for the oysters were good too. However, we had to wait for a very long time for our mains to arrive. If our server had checked in on us from time to time to explain what was going on in the kitchen, it would have been forgivable. I would also understand if it was a very busy night, but there were a lot of empty tables around us. Our server also looked away from us multiple times and tried not to catch our eyes before the mains came. Weird experience. But good food. Nothing spectacular though. Would I go again? For the amount of money I spent, no. Not worth the abysmal service.

    Our experience was absolutely amazing. I have a lot of allergies and the chef and waiter were patient and had no trouble accommodating me. It was the first time in 3 years that I felt safe eating in a restaurant.
