Everything was going well, including the server and the sommelier. However, towards the end of our meal, we were unexpectedly asked to pay while still enjoying our dessert. This was acceptable. But around 9:50 pm, we were abruptly informed that we had to leave. We understand that it’s the standard business hour for department stores, but it’s Christmas Eve, and the restaurant should be aware if there’s an event happening, at least to ensure a more thoughtful experience. To top it off, we spent over $400 USD for two people, which completely ruined the overall experience.
Food & cocktail was awesome..
Servers were very sweet but not trained enough for a fine dining place.
Ambience was disappointing... one side was open to people walking around in the mall, other side had metal glass doors to balcony. Ok for a burger joint but again not for an upmarket restaurant. Good thing is that its an easy fix as the restaurant decor itself is nice
