The concept is "Enjoy on the Teppan, Wolfgang's Steakhouse's finest steaks with a focus on quality, aging and grilling". Rare USDA prime grade beef is dry-aged for a long period of time in a dedicated aging room and then grilled on the teppan in front of the guest. In the private dining room, Wolfgang's Steakhouse offers its signature a la carte menu, including prime steaks dynamically grilled on whole plates in a 900°C oven.
