The Old Spaghetti Factory in Tacoma offers Italian cuisine that is a truly unique experience, in part due to a well-planned décor that includes an old-fashioned trolley car as the dining hall. The Old Spaghetti Factory opened the very first location in 1969 taking advantage of numerous generations of Italian cuisine know-how. A trip to The Old Spaghetti Factory is not complete without trying the mizithra, a traditional Greek whey cheese. Tons of mizithra are imported each year and used throughout the menu. The most popular option is the spaghetti with mizithra cheese with garlic and browned butter. The famous 3-course meal is an excellent way to get a complete experience.
