Traditional soups, salads and entrŽes grace the menu with options like the grilled jerk salmon, curry chicken, cornmeal Louisiana catfish, pan roasted Chilean seabass or the blackened catfish. EvaÕs Caribbean Kitchen also offers a wine menu as well as a dessert menu with carrot cake, banana passion flambŽ and chocolate bread pudding.
