Alexander’s Steakhouse in Springfield, Illinois, is an award-winning barbecue restaurant that specializes in what is known as “eatertainment.” Guests can enjoy the fresh salad bar, and then choose their own steak from the meat locker and cook it to their own liking at the indoor grills. Serving only the finest quality steaks, Alexander’s Steakhouse makes sure that everyone leaves completely satisfied with their meal. In addition to the salad bar, every steak meal includes hand cut Idaho steak fries, or grilled toast. The menu at Alexander’s Steakhouse also features a variety of seafood and side dishes that patrons can add to their steak meal. From onion strings and shrimp cocktail to South African lobster tail and grilled swordfish, this menu provides both homey, casual meals and gourmet experiences.
