Chao is an eatery in the Pecos Ranch shopping center. This urban Asian eatery offers a variety of Thai dishes, including the staples like pad Thai, stir fry, curry and teriyaki chicken. Chao specialty dishes are also available, with Panang beef curry and pork dumplings being just two of the local favorites. Guests can also enjoy green tea ice cream or sticky rice with taro ice cream for a refreshing dessert. Chao offers a lunch and dinner menu and are always happy to make substitutions for special diets. Vegans can also substitute tofu for meat in most dishes to create their own vegetarian options. The eatery also offers a full bar, so make sure to try the Moscow Mule or the Mai Tai while you're there.
