Experience the extraordinary at Mission 261. The restaurant is rich with local history, occupying the space left by San Gabriel's beloved Ponchito restaurant, a favorite of famous movie stars, presidents and locals for over five generations. Today, Mission 261 specializes in contemporary Cantonese cuisine, offering whole roast suckling pigs, bird's nest and shark fin soups, unique seafood dishes and specialty lobster salads. The diverse menu also features Chinese dishes, such as kung pao chicken and sweet and sour pork. Lunch menus include special dim sum dumplings and teas. The spacious, elegant dining area includes banquet rooms that can accommodate up to 800 guests, with a large, patrolled parking lot, making Mission 261 ideal for weddings, corporate events, parties and more.
