Food is excellent, especially in southern Taiwan. Comparable to what you would find in Taipei. A good mix of ingredients from Japan & Taiwan. Service is good. Folks sitting next to me were also from California, so we had quite a great conversation all evening. Each and every dish was excellently prepared. I would definitely visit again on my next trip to see what kind of surprises the chef has for me.
It was one of the best omakase that we have had. The value of money is just astronomically high. The chef is super skilled and the dishes are all very well prepared on the spot. We highly recommend this restaurant!
