   I was looking for a fine dining experience during my visit to Mykonos. I saw the reviews for YĒVO and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did as my dining experience was fantastic! I ordered the 7 course Epicurean Pleasures menu. Everything on that menu was delicious. My personal favorites were the Scallops, Pigeon, and Virtual Lemon. Chef Aggelos Bakopoulos absolutely deserves a Michelin Star for this perfect menu and presentation. If you’re in Mykonos do yourself a favor and have an exquisite dining experience! You will not be disappointed!

   Consistent with several Yevo reviews we read prior to booking a reservation, my wife and I both feel the Chef is worthy of Michelin stars. Five star service and ambiance as well! We are foodies and have had the pleasure of dining at a number of Michelin star restaurants around the world. This restaurant stands up with any of them.

   My husband and I had dinner at Bill&Coo to celebrate the last day of our honeymoon. It was an outstanding experience. The view, the menu, the wine, the waiters, and the sommelier, everything was perfect. Definitely a must if you enjoy culinary experiences and can afford it. I would recommend arriving before sunset to enjoy it from up there.

   This is hands down the best restaurant I’ve visited in Mykonos. If Michelin were to award stars on the island, this place would undoubtedly earn one. The wine selection is superb, and the staff is both friendly and incredibly helpful. A special mention goes to the sommelier, whose expertise in wine is truly impressive. The ambiance is enhanced by the amazing view, making the dining experience even more memorable. The prices are completely reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the attention to detail—from the elegant silverware to the beautifully presented plates and glasses. The food itself is world-class, with each dish bursting with flavor and uniqueness. You can genuinely feel the professionalism and passion of the chef and the entire team in every bite. I will definitely be returning to this exceptional dining destination.

   This is one of the best restaurants I ever had. This place deserves Michelin stars with no questions. I have been in many Michelin stars restaurants but this one in better then all of them👍🏻👌👍🏻

   We are in Mykonos on vacation and were looking for something special for my birthday. We happened on Yevo and are so glad we went. I will preface this review with our dining experience. Per Se, Le Bernadin, Jules Verne Paris and many more as we lived in the NYC area for 30 years. We would put Yevo on par with this group. Yevo is the restaurant/lounge for the Bill and Coo hotel suites. It is located on a hill overlooking the sea with beautiful views. We arrived at 7:45 for our 8pm reservation and were greeted happily by every single person we passed. We were seated at a table with perfect views of the sea and watched the sunset as we dined. We chose the 7 course experience as we were celebrating both my birthday and our sons graduation from university. They also had 5 course, vegan and ala carte options. For the next 2.5 hours were were led through a wonderful dining experience. Beautiful food, on gorgeous serving dishes, with impeccable service. Shrimp, scallops, poached lobster and more. My favorite for flavor, ingenuity and presentation was the calamari carbonara. Strips of calamari to resemble pasta (and it did!) with a foam of the lightest carbonara. Amazing. The dessert was also a work of art. A “lemon” with a finish of yellow (white chocolate) filled with whipped lemon chiffon and inside a lemon curd and lemon jam. Alongside an almond sorbet. Unbelievable.

   Everything wonderful you would hope for from a culinary experience. A warm welcome greeted us with a smile and the opportunity to dine first on the beautiful view across Mykonos town and let the sun set before our eyes; nothing rushed. We chose the 5 course tasting menu and every mouthful was a delight; intense but balanced dishes each paying homage to Greece. Service, ambience and food were all first class and we can’t wait to return again.
