Rick's Cafe Boatyard is a waterfront restaurant offering its guests a panoramic view of Eagle Creek Reservoir in Indianapolis. Rick's offers ample but intimate seating both inside and out; as well as an extensive menu of fresh hand prepared meals offered daily. Rick's Cafe Boatyard offers it's guests lunch, dinner and a complete banquet facility. Their guests dine inside a beautiful, wide-open, high-ceiling dining room, or outside with a breathtaking view of the water.

    A dear friend I hadn't seen in decades decided to meet at Rick's. The atmosphere was perfect. We were in a booth so we felt comfortable laughing and talking g about old times. Our waiter as great and the food came very fast! (1:40 on a Sunday afternoon). I ordered the shrimp creole omelette which was delicious. My friend order the western omelette and she described it as "dry", needed some cheese. Neither ordered cocktails. I had herbal tea with honey and my friend ordered decaf coffee. She said the coffee was "very good". This particular day they weren't very crowded and we were able to talk without feeling rushed. Thanks for an enjoyable brunch!!!

    Marvelous venue on Eagle Creek! First class all the way. It has been awhile since I’ve been there but I’ll be going back soon for dinner

    Awesome food. Our Server Jeff McGown was awesome. Celebrated my mom’s 91st Bday. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

    Outdoor dining with a view of the lake was nice, but was getting dripped on from a leak above. Food was good but expensive. Service was slower than I’d expect.
