Our family has had many memorable meals at RL over the years and last night was no exception. The service was friendly and prompt and the food was excellent. The shrimp cocktail is my favorite in the city and the new flourless cake is a must have!

We come here every December for our annual team end of year celebration! NEVER disappoints. Just be aware even with a reservation you may need to wait. We always enjoy hanging at bar while our table is getting prepped.

Disappointed, by cold lobster bisque and ordered coffee that never received, special occasion that I had to remind waiter of. Perhaps terry needs more training

Our waiter Joseph was fantastic. Our problem was with the host. 15 minutes after we got there – before we even received our first cocktail – he came over, and I thought he was going to greet us. Instead, he went into this speech about how we could only stay for 90 minutes. It was very offputting and unnecessary if you ask me. when our 90 minutes was about over, I noticed that the restaurant was half empty, so I’m not sure why we were being bull rushed out of there. This was a Covid era rule, which I believe is no longer necessary.

A must if in Chicago near the magnificent mile area. Very busy place so you better have a reservation whether it be for lunch or dinner. The service is better than 99% of places you will visit. Some might think the pricing is a little high, but considering the food, the atmosphere and the service it is very justifiable. A special shout out to our server, Amanda. She exemplified the establishment. Personality was pleasant yet she was very professional in her job. Thank you Amanda for making our experience that much more enjoyable.
