Roberto Paciullo opened his namesake restaurant almost twenty years ago. Since then it has become a neighborhood favorite and a destination for those visiting Arthur Avenue. He prepares the cuisine of his beloved hometown Salerno, Italy. The specials change weekly and reflect Roberto's creative use of the local ingredients from pasta in cartoccio to the perennial favorite veal osso buco.
Now closed Mondays for the time being.

Roberto's Restaurant is excited to announce that we are doing Valet Parking on Saturdays for dinner. If you decide to park with us, there will be a $10 fee for parking. There is street parking in front of the restaurant which is metered until 7pm. There is also a municipal lot between Arthur Ave. and Hoffman St. which is metered until 10pm.

TRAIN VIA METRO NORTH Harlem line to Fordham Road. New Haven Line to Fordham Road. SUBWAY Take the #4 or the D train to Fordham Road and take the #12 bus heading east. take the #2 o #5 train to Pelham Parkway then the 312 bus heading west.

Been coming to Roberto's for years so when we got tickets to the Botanical Garden Train Show nearby on a Saturday night, we decided to make a reservation beforehand for our group of 6 at 6pm. I'm writing the review because our table wound up not being ready until 6:45pm. Now, the hostess was super friendly and seemed genuinely bummed we had to wait, and once we actually sat down, the food was great, and the staff & service were awesome (as always) and very locked in on our timing, experience, etc. That said, to our surprise, neither any drinks while we were waiting, or at the table, or even an appetizer were comp'd by the restaurant. So while everyone on the staff was super apologetic that we had to wait - especially because we had tickets to the event - ultimately our 45mins of time was worth nothing other than the wait. I wonder if the shoe was on the other foot we had showed up for the reservation 45mins late if our table would've still been available. Anyway, Roberto's has been awesome for many years, and we'll definitely be back, but this particular experience left us feeling disappointed.

We have been dining at Roberto's for over 30 years, first in its previous location and now at its current location on Crescent Avenue (larger, and with a bar). It is our special place with the best food. We have celebrated many, many birthdays here and brought friends from far and wide to enjoy its superior cuisine. Roberto is in our hearts forever!

My favorite Italian restaurant in the world, and I have traveled widely. The food at Roberto's is fabulous, the service excellent. Perfect choice for a leisurely New Year's Eve lunch.

Our bartender/waitress is stalwart ambassador for a fine restaurant. Our dishes and wines were Beautiful !

My fav place in Arthur Ave. Go every year. Black truffles and osso bucco - love love love it. Everything is delish. Service is outstanding. Can’t wait to go again.

We enjoy Roberto’s. The service is fantastic and we were so grateful for the efforts of the hostess this past weekend as we requested to change our reservation time. We really enjoyed the appetizers (grilled octopus and a special artichoke offering), as well as the pasta dishes!Do not miss the radiatori en cartoccio. The spot is just classic and the menu is exciting!

I always have a great experience at Roberto’s. This time was exceptional, we had an early reservation @ 4 and it was not as busy, just a different experience. Food and service were excellent, and vibe was a bit more relaxed
