    They didn't acknowledge it was my husband birthday 🎂 felt like it took forever for our food to come. The bread they served us to eat was cold with the butter 🧈😞

    Our server was amazing, attentive and fun, and he is truly the reason we always come back. Rich treats us like family, and is so much fun. The food was incredible, and great drinks as well.

    I have been wanting to go to this restaurant for quite a while, and the experience was very underwhelming. The food was mediocre at best and the service and ambience left a lot to be desired. I wish I could give it better reviews, but the truth is the truth we had the onion tart, which was bland and tasteless And I had the pork chop, which was very good and my partner had the pasta which was overpriced and also bland and tasteless. We both had drinks which were OK and we ordered a bottle of wine, which was good, but I should’ve expected more from a place in a mini mall

    The food at Roots was excellent. We have never had better halibut anywhere. Possibly the filet mignon had too many flavors for the taste of the delicious meat to come through, but everything else was very good. The service was wonderful and especially understanding as we tried to accommodate and corral the toddler in our party. I would go back to Roots in a heartbeat!

    Went with our two sons. Our server, Meesh, was fabulous. So fun and attentive. The food was great too!

    Excellent meal with great service and recommendations. Lamb Chop special was generous and well presented. Recommended wine pairing worked well.
