Seated forty five minutes after our reservation even after confirming the day before. I think they over booked because a lot of people were waiting. Waiter himself was great, but all over service was just bad for the price you pay. Dirty plates sat there until the next round of food came out, and we had to move them to make room. Food sat under the heat lamp too, wasn’t really hot…not cool for a $54 piece of fish. It’s a highly regarded place, but we did not have a good experience. Must mention that a round of drinks was comped for our troubles.

The food and service were amazing. Our waiter was very well educated and spent time walking us through the menu. He also worked with us to order the exact right amount of food.

I was able to score a same day reservation for a high top at the bar. They were 20-30 minutes behind schedule for reservations. I was not informed of the wait when I checked in. I would suggest taking less reservations to accommodate guests in a timely manner. The entrance was insanely packed with people waiting to be seated, a very chaotic scene to walk into. Drinks were great, food was good. Based on this experience alone, I would not return for future dinner service.

“Unforgettable—for all the wrong reasons!” I chose RPM Italian to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary, expecting a special evening, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. My carefully planned evening was ruined due to their poor service and lack of attention to detail. Despite arriving at 5:40 PM for a 6:00 PM reservation, we waited an hour to be seated. Once seated, service was painfully slow—we waited 35 minutes for cold starters. The entrées arrived just as we were rushing to leave for our next planned stop, and they were equally disappointing. A cold filet mignon served with only a few slivers of jalapeño? Unacceptable. We skipped dessert, not that it would’ve salvaged the experience. To top it off, their “solution” was to comp the starters—a $50 gesture that felt more insulting than helpful, as if implying I couldn’t afford my own meal. For a night that should’ve been memorable, RPM made it unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. I’ll never return to any RPM restaurant.

Our Server was great but to get 3 salads one appetizer 2 pastas and a chicken parm, 2 hours and 15 minutes.....Way to long not even Alinia would take that long.........Time is value.

Everything was great from food to our server to ambiance, just timing was super slow. Seating for our reservation was about 15 minutes, took another 20 minutes to get our drinks. We would have ordered dessert but for 2 courses it took 2 hours, which we didn’t expect and had to get to a show.

The ambiance was perfect for a nice family dinner. The food was amazing. We had the meatballs and the broccoli salad. These were great appetizers. The lobster ravioli and chicken parm were delicious. We had gelato and the donuts for dessert - so yummy. Highly recommend to check it out!
