Ruscello is a full-service restaurant featuring Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine. The menu is bold in flavor, focusing on great appetizers, salads, sandwiches, brick-oven pizzas, pastas, entrées and housemade desserts. Guests can choose to sit in the dining room or enjoy a drink and food offering in the bar area.

Ruscello is located on the 3rd Floor.

We always eat here so we kinda know what to expect and usually it’s perfect!! This day tho was a little bit off. We did get seated quickly and our server greeted us within a few minutes. He did a good job this review has nothing to do with him, just FYI. So we got seated in an isle booth when you walk in couple seats after the hostess (it was just 2 of us) and right away you noticed that it was busy and that it was very loud for a Wednesday at 2:30pm. Unfortunately I feel old and it was not relaxing at all, it was also my early birthday lunch so it was a little sad, lol. But anywho as soon as we ordered our drinks, soup and food came out super fast. The crostini’s were a bit overcooked and hard, the turkey sandwich wasn’t the freshest and our fries weren’t hot and I think missing flavor even with the Truffle Parmesan upgrade and even my crème brûlée was a little off? Idk maybe it was just me? It’s been a rough week. The food was just ok and the ambiance was loud, lol sorry. But service was great as always!

The servers are always exceptionally good. Our server (Mandy) was outstanding. Great food. It is noisy though. The place is packed so have reservations. We did and they always seat you on time.

View is spectacular ! Service was ok Food I didn’t like everything was spicy and not really good for the value. Except soup ! We try 2 different soups so soup was amazing .

The food is always great here! I love the heirloom tomato and burrata appetizer and the salads are excellent. I am never disappointed with everything on the menu. However, our service was not good at my last visit. We asked to sit by the window due to guests visiting from Hilo. The host was visibly annoyed that we asked this even though the tables next to us (also by the window) were empty the majority of the time we were eating. One of us requested a drink with Malibu rum, but it was made with well rum instead of asking if we wanted an alternative drink. Then we ordered soup, but it never arrived. I had to remind the server and by the time it came to our table it was cold. I expect better service when we eat here.

The food quality and taste is always consistantly good. We always enjoy going there because of the friendly staff, cleanliness and great service.

Service was unusually slow, and food was lukewarm to cold when it arrived at our table. The server did not refill water or iced tea.

The server was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The pizza and salad were both very good. The “wine Wednesday “ made it a great deal.
