Ruth's Chris Steak House at Concord Plaza, San Antonio opened in 1993.
At Ruth's Chris, your steak is carefully selected from the finest USDA Prime beef available. It is aged to perfection and cut by hand at the restaurant. Then, your steak is broiled - to your exact order - at a searing 1800 degrees Fahrenheit to lock in the corn-fed flavor and natural juices. It's served hot and sizzling. In fact, you can actually hear your steak sizzling from across the room.

    I had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend, definitely one to remember, our server Hash was wonderful and polite, and management came to check on us and make sure everything was perfect! This will definitely be my go to spot for steaks!

    Service from bar and kitchen very slow. Seafood overcooked. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this restaurant. Manager did comp a few items. Really disappointed,

    Went the first time tonight. Had a fantastic experience! Food was excellent, service was great. Will definitely be back!

    Unfortunately, as a frequent visitor to this location this visit wasn't up to par. We knew being Valentines weekend it might not be up to par as far as the amount of time it took to visit. We waited and hour for our dinner after receiving our salads very quickly. Once the steaks arrived my Filet was perfect, husbands Steak was very under cooked ( he ordered his Med well). They took it back for all of 5 minutes, to boring it back a second time and still raw in the middle. Needless to say, he didn't get a steak as I was finished eating at that point. Disappointing to say the least!

    NY Strip cooked the way I prefer, bread was so soft, mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese was delish! Also, great service all around.

    My wife and I are always amazed how the service stays phenomenal at every visit, not to mention the food, of course, is always delicious.

    The lamb was supposed to be cooked medium it tasted like rubber, and the brussel sprouts were so burnt they were inedible, the wait staff was very professional
