    We had a terrible experience at Ruth’s. The food was delicious and so was the service. However we were seated next to a VERY LOUD AND RUDE group of people (about 20) who were celebrating a birthday. They were so loud we could not hear to have a conversation at our table. We complained but we were not moved and the manager did nothing but say “I’m sorry”! This group should have been in a private room. It ruined our evening.

    The spicy shrimp is always amazing as a starter. What I love is the willingness of the restaurant to adapt drinks and food to personal tastes - we always feel special orders are welcomed, not just tolerated, to make it perfect for the diner. The cowboy ribeyes were very rich, and the Brussel sprouts are truly tasty. Kevin was out server and did a great job in making us feel very valued.
