Service was slow and inattentive. Steak was ordered medium and came well done. Mgr. comped the steak and gave a free desert to make up for it.

Coming back here after a decade now. This place continues to hold its old steakhouse charm. Seating & ambience is anything but contemporary. Several carpet rooms housing seating in forms of booths & traditional tables/chairs. My pictured sea bass dinner was exceptional but my family felt their steaks were just ok. Servers were knowledgeable & friendly although we waiting 40+ minutes to be served after being seated. Having said that, it's a wonderful place for intimate conversation/dinner.

The waiter would be gone in 10 minutes stretches when we are waiting to order or the next course, or dessert, or the check after we asked for it. It kind of spoiled the evening.

Horrible experience. We were placed in a very cold room. I said something to the waiter and they just laughed it off. There were warmer seats available. We had a table for 3 but set for 4. The extra dishes stayed on our table for most of the meal. The service was very slow. The steaks were sub par. The mashed potatoes inedible. The prices are comparable to other steak houses but the food is not! I’d go to the Capital Grille any day over this!

Server John was excellent. Sat in bar area which was very loud and noticed patrons wearing street wear. Steaks were average and pricey. Didn’t seem they were seasoned. Wedge salad delicious. Staff kind. Meal mediocre.

This RC is consistently exceptional! The food ia outstanding and service is perfection. We had a party of 5 on NYE and everything was excellent!

In the past diners were warned that the sides were large enough to share........not anymore ! Service was great. The seabass had to be cut with a knife...did not flake off. The sweet potato casserole was over-cooked but replaced. All the rest (8 dinners plus sides) were excellent.
